on the whole, i will say at least we got a confirmed look at what the style of the new show might be like. and i'm happy it's at least less stylized than i feared it would be.

On the one hand, it is giving us a feel for what the style will be like, and gives me hope that it will probably avoid a Teen Titans Go vibe

I still say her design might be similar to Kat Graham. Depending on how soon she was cast, they might have modeled her character design after her.

So we are having a sassy April who has a bit of spunk to her personality. I’ve known a number of girls like that while a number of them were African American, I’ve also known Caucasian, Latina, Philopeana, and one Japanese Woman who were like that . So I wouldn’t call it stereotypical, I would say it gives her character and shows she is ready to scrap anyone who dares to hurt her friends or destroy her city.
