Besides, I could've never gotten the Blu-Ray version, anyways.
It wasn't to slight you, I just think its really stupid how they're handling the home video release for that. Like, so few people went to see it, you'd think they'd want to get as much out of each format release on the home video version. But instead, they're potentially splitting the audience further by giving people who can get the blu-ray 6+ hours of content and 4 commentaries, while giving nothing close to that for people who would/can buy the dvd.

Why not take the care into dropping those features into the dvd release also? Don't **** over the people who would support your movie that did piss poor in the box office. They should be bending over backwards to give people extras who were giving them money considering they sure as **** didnt get enough of it in the theatrical run.

Yeah, I got ya.

Well, at least I didn't get the crappy version with just the movie and the trailer, or God forbid, a f*cking bootleg.

But, I agree that's a slap in the faces of the people who truly supported the movie who only got the DVD version. Seriously.... 6+ hours? Does it come with the damn COMICS themselves?

I'm hoping that director's cut makes it on Blu-ray someday, in really great quality. Well, the theatrical version, too. I've seen the movie twice in theater, and the film prints looked amazing both times...quite unlike the Blu-ray release.

I love the director's cut of the film, but it's a shame the added scenes on the DVD look so bad. I might have to buy the Hong Kong DVD mentioned on Wikipedia.

Picked up Wonder Showzen season 2 for 5 bucks, and The Pacific for 34. Then was gifted Scott Pilgrim on blu-ray. People shouldn't assume they know what I like.

I....I don't know how really, but in a seemingly fever dream state...and Amazon's black friday week sales...I ended up with $70 worth of Smallville seasons for 19.87.

Season's 8 and 9.

So...strange.

Black Friday sales are rocking. Got all these Blurays for a killer price.

Escape From New York - 10
Gran Torino -5
Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - 10
Planet Terror - 10
Saving Private Ryan - 10
Spider-man Trilogy - 20

I also nabbed Fallout: New Vegas for only 40.

You're better off just getting the Grindhouse Blu for $20, and that's not even a black friday deal.

I personally disliked Death Proof so just PT is perfect for me. Blurays obsession with boxsets already has me owning movies I'll never watch. I was glad they sold those separately.
