I'm not gonna lie i was a little disappointed when this game was first announced but now I'm sort of looking forward to trying it out. The thing I think it's important to remember going in is that this game is not trying to be a triple a release that's the end all be all of turtle gaming experiences. It just wants to be a fun game for fans of the new cartoon that older fans might get some enjoyment out of as well. It's not the big ground breaking title I was hoping for but hopefully it can be what duck tales remastered was. An awesomely nostalgic update of a classic and a fun way to kill an afternoon.

All sounds good. The research stuff is cool, too.

I really dont think it bodes well that this game comes on in less than 3 weeks and there is really no gameplay footage at all.
i want to be able to love this game from the get go but wayforward is being super secretive about it, unlike thier other big game coming in shantae, which they are going all out for.

I pre-ordered the PS3 version from Gamestop but sadly I won't be able to play it until I save up enough cash for a new PS3 (which shouldn't take long because I have a job) since my current system is having technical issues unless I fix it somehow.

The game was released on the 19th over in New Zealand, so hopefully some gameplay vids will be showing up soon as some people are able to play the game early.

You would think by now somebody would have posted something. Granted it's been only a couple days, but still, I know there's a lot of turtle fans out there.
I really hope this game doesn't suck. |

I preordered this game, but with so little out about it a week until it releases I'm thinking it may not be very good

I did find find a FAQ online, suggesting it had some rather game-breaking glitches.

Wow. So disheartening. Also why the flip is there an FAQ for a game that's not even out yet? The only thing I can think of is that these are the things the testers asked about.
This isn't like WayForward at all. Don't get me wrong... they've released a few things that I didn't think were up to snuff... but never anything fundamentally broken.

The saddest thing of all is how developers are screwing over this game's target demographic. They pretend to cater to kids, but don't put in enough elbow grease.
Edit: For what it's worth, there is now some precedent for suing game developers over broken games.

I hope we get a trailer next week. I want this game to be good as I am considering getting it for Christmas this year.

Aren't you guys, maybe, totally overreacting here? A glitch or two isn't the end of the world, and even great, well polished games have them. Heck, I've had Super Smash Bros straight up crash a couple times.
