The cleavage is a bit over-the-top for my tastes, but overall I like your style.

In the age of digital everything, old school shading details often go under-appreciated as an art form. I like how you make use of it. Although I think the face in the B&W piece may come across as a little too dark, almost as if she's standing in a shadow or something.

I like the detail on the hair. bobbed hair and shorter is awfully hard to get right for some reason, especially on female character. You run the risk of making your female character look too butch.
