For all the problems people have with Toys R Us, I must be on their nice list or something, because every order I get from them is in a proper box and has at least some air cushion packing material.
Maybe I got put on a list back when the sewer lair/Z Line Playsets were out. I didn't trust them to ship a set since their website specifically stated it would have to be shipped without an outer box. So I had the local store call around to locate one and then drove 300 miles round trip to get it in person.
