How big are those Persona figures?

The PS1 game in the picture should give you some idea, but they're a fair size. The Aigis Figma is probably close to 6" and the Teddie is probably around 3.5" in his suit and his boy form is probably close to 4".
Some of the first figures I've bought in a very long time, so I'm excited about them. I opened Aigis immediately, mostly because the box got beat in shipping, but I'm really hesitating to open the Teddie. He'll probably end up staying in there with the Mezco EWJ I (finally) got a few weeks ago. |

I feel kinda dumb for not thinking of using that as a scale reference, heh.

Speaking of figures, my prized Guile from the SOTA Street Fighter line took a nosedive off the shelf the other day and broke his leg. I glue-gunned him back together, but I fear he may never be the same again.
Life is unfair. P.S. - What's Persona? |

It's a series of JRPG's spun-off from the Shin Megami Tensei Series that dates back to the PS1 era. Little loved until the release of Persona 3 on the PS2 and shot into popularity with the release of the greatest game ever made - Persona 4.
They're about high school kids fighting/befriending demons and using their "Persona's" to fight in twisted versions of Japan and/or Shadow worlds. P3 and P4 are particularly popular for their S-Link feature, wherein spending in-game days (games run on a calendar) with party members and other people builds relationships that have direct results on the dungeon crawling/RPG sections of the game. They're incredible. Edit: Gonna drop in a package that came today! Spoiler:
What's incredibly awesome is that the dude, for some reason, also sent me that Pokemon card. It was just sitting packed up with the game. That's the third time I've gotten some weird trinket from Japanese Ebay sellers. Certainly encourages repeat business! Last edited by Peanut; 05-28-2013 at 04:40 PM. |

Man! You're getting inundated with stuff! I'm still waiting on my games. I thought for sure at least one would arrive today (hell, I was sure at least one would arrive yesterday), but nothing so far.
I'll post pictures and embarrassingly giddy reviews when they finally show up. |

I'm in a great area right now since they opened up a new post office. I think we're the hub for most of York Region, so sh*t pulls in to the Mississauga sorting facility and it's at my door by the next day. Most of this stuff I've been waiting on for awhile and it's just been a huge drop the last few days. Although Wai Wai World 2 I only ordered last Sunday, which is the fastest I've ever gotten a game out of Japan.
I'm actually super surprised you didn't get your order out of Quebec yet. I ordered Stinger from them very close to when you bit on Dredd and I got that on Friday. |

I got The One Ring in a package of Deadpool Corps figures today. I have no idea why. It came from China, though.

Hey Peanut, I've never actually played the Wai Wai World games. Lemme know what you think of your recent score, eh?

I used to play that a lot back in the day. I was always the Dragons, though. Haha.
