Yea it was a fun time. Stories being scrapped...nothing comes to mind at the moment, at least when it comes to actual storylines being abandoned.

I do remember that the death of Splinter was supposed to be more gruesome but that got axed by Nickelodeon, from what I was told by a fellow animator who had been working on the show longer than I had.

7 seasons? NA. In my opinion 4kids series went down hill past season five, I can only imagine what would have happened had this show went beyound this point.

I wish they introduced him earlier is all, I loved his arc in the 4kids version and am expecting a lot for this arc, he turned out to be one of my favorites. I hope he offers Leo to live in his Universe at the end, it'd be left open as a to be continued for the final or last to final since I guess the 80s/Nick crossover will be the last episodes?

Nothing to worry about, Zap2it hasn't been updated to the 30th yet, check tomorrow it will be up.

(if you click on Back to Grid, and change the date, it only goes up to the 29th).

Ehh, his voice is way deeper than in the 2k3 version and I'm not used to that. Meh I'll get used to it I guess.

Also at the end of the trailer when he says if you ever need me I will come or something, so this could mean he comes back in later episodes? Or is he only listed for 3 episodes?

And do you think if he wiuld know Splinter? If he does it might show a small flashback of how they met, and then it might also show him in the Lone Rat and Cubs episode possibly too.

No he's only in 3 episodes. He's probably talking to someone else or going on a different mission.

Err you do know the turtles go to Usagi dimension,right. So no he won't know Splinter.

And personally I think his voice is perfect here. As much as I loved the 2003 version of him, this is more like how I always pictured the character sounded in my head while reading the comics!

I'm not even caught up yet but I'm watching these next week because they look so good!!!

Atleast we're getting 3 episodes of Nick Usagi unlike FW Usagi who only had 2.

Besides why can't Hoon Lee voice Miyamoto Usagi? It would be cooler just like he voiced Hamato Yoshi/Master Splinter.

The new voice actor would add more variety.

I really like Usagi's new voice, I think its much better than if it was just Hoon Lee doing his Splinter voice again.
