Sega Mega Drive:
TMNT: The Hyperstone Heist (back when games were an expensive luxury and you had to get the most out of the few that you had) PC: TMNT (2007)

Come on April 15, growing a little tired of beating the NES TMNT 1 as of this afternoon all in all, I'm a happy camper this game didn't get cancelled.

I have Beat the first 3 for NES but can't get very far in Tournament Fighters on any system. I have beat Turtles in time and Hyperstone Heist as well as Battle Nexus and the first 2 original gameboy games.

The last TMNT games I beat have been Out of the Shadows (PS3) and Dark Horizon (Web game).
Both really good. Dark Horizons, for a Flash game, was really entertaining to me.

Speaking of Tournament Fighters.
I do best in the Genesis version. It's all about the... well... infinite chaingrabs. XD Then the NES version. I'm just ok. Raph is a beast, but I rather use Mikey. And last, the Snes version. I either really suck at it, or the computer is extremely cheap. (Looking at you Armaggon).

That's crazy. The only version I ever played was SNES. I beat the game a million times. Every difficulty and every speed.

In my previous thread posts, I mentioned that I beat the SNES turtles game, tournament fighters (only with Don), etc.
I remembered that I played Ninja Turtles 2: Back from the Sewers for Gameboy. I made it to the last level (I forget which turtle I used) and defeated Krang...he was an easy boss to face. The ending is quick though.

I've beaten:
- The original arcade game - Turtles in Time (SNES) - Tournament Fighters (SNES) - BattleNexus (GameCube) Still unable to beat the first TMNT NES game after all these years. And while I have not played much of them so far, I'm yet to beat Hyperstone Heist and Manhattan's Project. |

I just beat the first TMNT on NES for the first time last December. I snapped a couple of pics to commemorate the occasion, as this was a game I had resigned myself to never beating!
IMG_0363.JPGIMG_0362.jpg Apart from that, I've completed TMNT 2 and 3 on NES, IV on SNES, the first two Game Boy Games, the first of the 2K3 games, Smash Up, Turtles in Time Reshelled...I don't know if I'm forgetting any, there's a lot of games!! I'm in the middle of Out of the Shadows (that Mouser Cerberus boss is annoying) and I own but have not played the Nick TMNT game.

From what I know, I have beaten all except NES I and NES III. Still working on OOTS and haven't played any of the GB games except arcade attack and finished it.

Finally finished OotS last weekend (the mouser Cerberus was getting me frustrated and I walked away for a while!). Overall I actually thought it was pretty good! The last level got a bit repetitive with all the fighting, but really I thought the game looked good, and the combat felt very satisfying. Also, stealth attacks! For a team of ninjas, there have not been many stealth moves in their games!

I am proud to say after 20+ years of playing it on and off I finally beat Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project! I had seen the ending before but that was only thanks to game genie... its oh so much sweeter when you do it for real.
Games I still haven't beat (mostly because I don't own them): Tournament Fighters (Nes)(Genesis) TMNT 3: The Radical Rescue (Gameboy) Nickelodeon's TMNT (DS) Out of the Shadows ( I never even downloaded it) TMNT iOS (halfway or so) TMNT 2014 Movie Game (picking it up today) I think everything else I have covered. But seriously Turtles III for NES was SOOOO much harder to me than any of the others to date... the sheer length of the game and boss fights was brutal.

Beat TMNT 1+2 and 3 for NES.
Beat Turtles in Time, so many times I can do it without dying now. Beat Fall of the Foot clan for GB. Beat the 3 based on the 2k3 series, including two of em for GBA (the second one was good). TMNT 2007 for 360 and GBA (The GBA version is the best TMNT game since Turtles in time) Beat OoTS a ton of times, it's a fun game even though it required more dev time. |
