It's Woodburn trying to sound like an oldish man I would say, does not fit the character but it's still a fun game . The turtles voices are all different too

That is probably the reason why Woodburn's voice was replaced in the film. They were not satisfied with it and wanted to take a different approach. They probably felt the same way with Pete Plozsek's voice and that's why they got Knoxville to do Leonardo's voice.

which I can respect, but why Knoxville? ugghhh...i feel myself griping about the same things all over again, so im gonna stop.

i kinda wish the movie turtle actors also did their respective characters in the game. I wonder if they just did it for Woodburn as a consolation prize, which would be a slap in the face. yeesh.

Duuuuuuude, I loooove Woodburn's voice. What a shame he got replaced. SO fitting for the movie design.

Looks like a fun little game, too bad it's not on PC as well.

So weird hearing Cam do PD Leo! I dig it though, awesome to have him return to the role, even in such an obscure way.

We live in a world where a 3.99 mobile game is way, way better production quality than a 29.99 3DS game (the upcoming TMNT movie game)... weird times.

lets put it this way with the animation and art style of the game his voice fits be has a higher register to his voice then tony does Tony's is deeper with seems to fit the movie better IMHO, thought Danny's voice work in the game is good

Game looks great, That Splinter looks and SOUNDS horrible, sorry Danny but dam.

Also I cant help but notice that donnie looks just like some fan art I drew awhile ago.

Woodburns voice fits the game but it isn't good voice acting, it sounds to forced and he doesn't have a good grasp on the accent.
