I went searching for the anime/manga thread and noticed this at the bottom of the screen. I laughed and laughed.

Ordered two lots of figures today, one had 8 figs, including Usagi, Rat King, and Krang in the walker, as well as Panda Kahn and a couple of others. The others was a set of 4Kids series turtles and Splinter with a Foot soldier. Cant wait til they arrive!!

Got the most kick-ass hairdo, then went thrifting and found two totally awesome jackets. The fashion gods smile upon me this day.

Finally starting to learn music.
My great-uncle taught me the basics (not a whole lot but I'll learn more later) on a Hohner P 100. I got to take it home to practice.

I was helping my buddy out at the toy store today. A guy came back with a huge lot of stuff and he is starting to run low on funds to buy lots. So he quickly flipped me a lot of around 100 vintage turtles. Can't wait to fully go through it all.

Sounds great! I have some good news on the toy front today, too! Just won top bid on a pair of Neutrino figures, right before I went in to work today, it was close at the end, but I got both Dask and Zak- all I need now is Kala and I'll have the whole set! (Hahaha, I bought you today, Zak!)

Makin' me happy- first day off in over a week, and I got two games I've been wanting- the Skyrim Legendary Edition with all the expansions, (cause I've been wanting to try all the extra quests and find the items from locations that WEREN'T in the original that I saw in my guide book), and FF XIII. I love the FF series, and have been wanting to play this for a while. And the new Nick DVD is out! Woot!!

Also found some of those little Schleich animal figures to add into my "props" for toy pics. A cat that I intend to turn into Klunk, and a baby gator. (Guess who HE'S going to turn into? LOL!) Got an adult gator that opens its mouth, too, but I'm not sure how I'll use him yet. I also found several of the dinosaurs, but they will have to wait. But I'm planning a TIT scene or two when I pick go back to them up! Velocies, a Tric, and a T-Rex! And maybe a Bronto if they have one next time.

That's great!! I love the vintage neutrino figures.

I finally got a Kala recently but she is MOC and I can't bring myself to open it so I think I need to find another one loose.

Yeah, same here. I'm currently hunting for one too, and most of the ones I've seen are still in the package, but at the prices I'm seeing, I'd HATE to open one!

What made me happy on Thursday: Watching wrestling with my mom for the first time in a long time. It was great. Also happy the new TMNT DVD is out though I haven't gotten it yet. I will though. Oh, and posting a new story made me happy, too.

This past weekend was my kid's 3rd birthday. On Saturday we took him to a dinner/party at a local joint called All Aboard, where the food is delivered to you by trains that run on a track above your head. He got gifts from my wife and me, his grandparents, aunt and uncle, and some family friends. Then yesterday, his birthday proper, we had lunch at my parents as we do every Sunday and we had a cookie cake and he got one more gift from his aunt and uncle.

All in all a good weekend, though he was acting a little snot before I came into work tonight.

Our sons are close to the same age then. My youngest turns 3 on Wednesday. We had a party for him with grandparents and aunts and uncles yesterday. It was a good time.

Is your son getting into TMNT at all? My son doesn't play much with the half shell heroes I got him but he will ask to watch the show sometimes.

Finally this sucker arrived after one month & two weeks of waiting! That made me very happy, as I woke up to the mail lady arriving with it. Then I went grocery shopping & found the Kraang/Leatherhead Half Shell Hero set after months of looking, so that's rad (also grabbed the new season 3 DVD). Gonna post what I got in the latest toy purchase thread soon.

It's one of the things he's mildly into. His great-grandma got him this (which he sems to love):

and his aunt got him TMNT Color Wonder pages. He has TMNT shirts and PJs and stuff....but he seems more into Batman, Spider-man and the Hulk.

That's still cool he is into comic heros. My son is big into Thomas and Disney cars. He has no interested in Spider-man or any of those. However he does like to watch TMNT. Although he seems to prefer the originals over the Nick toons.
