Didn't see any mention of this around here yet except for just its name in the comic release dates section.

What happens when the Turtles' first crossover collaborator makes fun of them? This kinda stuff!

Sounds like a wild ride. Something tells me the actual issue can't possibly live up to the hype, though.

It's just a reprint of Cerebus #1. There's a series of one per month this year with different themed covers.

Actually, these are collections of the Cerebus in Hell webcomic, with a few new strips.

I got the issue today, and at the start of start of the comic, there are a few new strips starring the TMNC, so at least some of the comic's content matches the cover. I'd recommend it.
