If they had a friend who we end up catching a vague hint on a rare occasion that the character is part of said "LGBTQ community," fine... go for it. No reason it even has to be 'a thing' any more than any other minor factoid about them.

Incest however... Hell no. No matter how anyone tries to explain it away to make it 'okay.' Keep it to subsets of fandoms among those who share the interest, not in actual series.

Eh, no politics in my TMNT. The only thing I 'd like to really see is them being asexual, that way there are no cheesy romances and any female characters aren't reduced to love interests.

Interesting.... if this same discussion was happening 60 some years ago, the same disgust tone would be projected toward homosexual characters. Isn't this all just cultural relativity?
