Move aside shakeweight!
I feel so sorry for those exercise models...

We're calling it a freeway. Eight lanes of shimmering cement running from here to Pasadena. Smooth, safe, fast. Traffic jams will be a thing of the past. I see a place where people get on and off the freeway. On and off, off and on all day, all night! Soon there will be a string of gas stations, inexpensive motels, restaurants that serve rapidly prepared food! Tire salons, automobile dealerships and wonderful, wonderful billboards reaching as far as the eye can see! My God... It'll be beautiful.

Veteran's Day 1988, viewers were shocked to see a fight blow out on Geraldo (years before Jerry Springer). Some guest threw a chair @ him, breaking his nose. |

With the new Muppet movie doing well (I mean, come on, who can dethrone a movie that has millions of screaming teen girls (and even women my mom's age...yikes) as it's target demographic...it's impossible for anything to beat Twilight. But second is great. ) and the whole, "This movie isn't in the spirit of Jim" debate from former Muppeteers, I've been browsing Youtube for Muppety stuff, and found this. If Part 5 doesn't make you wanna cry, you have no soul.
Part 1: Part 2: Part 3: Part 4: Part 5:

Found this while looking for videos of the song Just One Person, which originally comes from the Peanuts Musical, Snoopy!!! The Musical. Here it is, sung by a voice many of you ought to recognize:

Believe it or not, our 7th state has their state song sung to the tune of O Christmas Tree As Jon's Grandma on Garfield would cry out @ the end of the song, BOOP-BOOP-DEE-BOOP! Last edited by Guitar_Raph; 06-10-2013 at 05:19 AM. |

12 Days of Christmas
This special originally aired December 3, 1993 on NBC. Perhaps it was NBC's last animated holiday special. |

How cool is that? A snare drum/tympani duet! Mikey would play the snare with Ex-Cel on tympani! Last edited by Guitar_Raph; 02-24-2012 at 04:21 PM. |
