I'm still betting on someone at nick studios doing either a twist on the design, and it got leaked and posted as official, or official trolling. what are the odds of someone coming up with something close but not quite? good, bad?

The best case scenario is the show looks similar to Samurai Jack I suppose. If that's the direction they go in it should be fine.

Glad they replied and said so. A part of me won't believe it until we see proof otherwise (and hopefully for the better), but that they didn't ignore the question looks promising. Though I suppose it still doesn't rule out similar as some have claimed. (Not that we know true ties to said claims...?)


If it is entirely an unofficial fake done outside of Nick and its people, then at last kudos to the author for a job well done (I guess?). The blacked out part to hide info was a nice touch.

If the logo is close, & the design is close, that can't just be luck. The odds of someone taking a shot in the dark & being almost right are pretty slim, even if they had an insider giving them hints. It's gotta be pre-revision concept art, at least.

Never been a fan but I'd have no problem with that. However, I don't think it's gonna bear any resemblance. Andy's stuff outside of Jack doesn't look very Jack, it's not like that series carries his trademark or that he's a one-trick pony style-wise.

This part is nothing new;they've had mystical abilities in other media. Like the holy mutastones in the anime, or the 4kids ninja tribunal powers.

The problem is it seems like those powers will be a staple of the show. Previously they only existed for one season or arc, but not an entire show. What would be the point of the Turtles doing ninjitsu if they just have magic powers that could solve everything? That's where the problem lies for a show built around it.

This isn't Dragonball Z.

Am I the only one who liked the tribunal season? as a one off thing I thought it was pretty fun.

Especially that Mikey/Hisome moment where Mikey is the first to discover super speed and they have a race, leaving the other more experience people in the dust.. that was pretty awesome .
