Whats your lightsaber?
Hey, don't act like you've never thought about it... If you fought in the Star Wars universe and had your choice of lightsaber, what would you go with? Single, two sabres, or double ended? And what color? I'd go with Single Green. |

It's funny that Samuel L Jackson wanted the purple lightsaber before purple was associated with being gay. Even back in 2002 I thought that was the norm.

Pale blue, green, or purple like Mace Windu's.

Single blue I suppose.
To be honest I was expecting a quiz link. Is style and color connected to anything in-film, or is that just personal preference? |

I'm very conservative when it comes to light saber colors, like anything beyond green and red (and purple) is a bit over the top... that said if I could have a personalized saber I want a pink one! And a single bladed one, seems too much of a hassle having more then one blade or a light whip or whatever.
Or a red one and still be a Jedi, cause screw that retcon. |

4 sided lightsaber (blue green purple black) that doubles as a ray gun and has a boomerang move. Stronger than Luke's, Vader's, Palpatine's, and Maul's combined. Original lightsaber, donut steal.

Can you ride it to work in the mornings? Does it have a Quiddich broom feature?

Does it time travel?
Personally...I'd take a blue one. Maybe more like a knife than a sword. For...reasons...

Single green light blade with a retractable katana blade on the opposite end of the handle.

Might as well use two lightsabers. Lightsabers don't have any weight to them, so why not? A lightstaff seems too tough to use.
Maybe Dooku handles with blue blades.

Around 4000 BBY, lightsaber crystals were used to indicate a Jedi's chosen class. Blue indicated a Jedi Guardian, a Jedi who used the Force on a more physical level. Green indicated a Jedi Consular, a Jedi who preferred to reflect on the mysteries of the Force and fight the dark side at its heart. Yellow indicated a Jedi Sentinel, a Jedi who honed his or her skills in a balance of combat and scholarly pursuits. This distinction fell out of practice in later years when most Jedi used blue or green crystals from Ilum Caves based on personal choice, and then the use of crystals coming from various source worlds became marginal. |

I'm a fan of Obi-Wan's Episode I lightsaber. As much as I love the color green, my lightsaber color is definitely blue.

Star Wars used to be so simple. Blue never defeated Red, so if you wanted a winning chance, you better bring Green. Anakin kinda cheated it in Episode III when he decapitated Dooku with two sabers. But now chaos reigns across the galaxy.

My ideal saber would have to be a green one like Luke used in Return Of The Jedi.
