Yup I appreciate that thought process but that's the distinct difference between mass market production and custom hand made pieces. Simply offering it for those interested and I knew it wouldn't appeal to everyone. That's how it goes

That might be best idea.
the thing is pretty big (40"x30") which is about the correct width to have the Turtles standing in a row.
I'm hoping it will make for. A cool overall display.

Now, I'm reworking my smaller scale NECA set up....

I agree with Powder. Black is the way to go. Don't let the frame take away attention from the subject.

It was with my dad for long enough at his place, si when I was over visiting , I decided to bring it back with me.
I had the other two but no idea what happened to them. It's a bit beat up but I like it. The first issue script and tag line were the best.
It had a quick reissue but was subtly altered.

Now all I need are wall mounted shelves and, something else- oh, the 18" Turtles!!

Yeah, the rerelease quads had the ultra-cheesy "The Movie" script font added in. The original is the way to go. Cool piece!

I have a huge US subway poster from the first film that I really need to get framed up.

only Donatello is available right now. you can find many online places to order from even Amazon if you dont mind paying their markup

Yeah - and I should have said that was in AUD with sales tax. I may be able to buy it from the US a little cheaper than that, but with the discount it works out about the same.

If they could figure out a way to ship stuff like this directly from China I think that would save me a bit of money.

Haha. I was taking a photo of my NECA Gozer figure for an older avatar a while ago, but I had it set up with her angry head and I wanted the neutral head for the photo, so I got the head out of my accessories box, swapped it, made the avatar and swapped it back. A couple of weeks ago I was cleaning my desk and I saw the neutral Gozer head sitting there, so I put it on that Batman figurine to get it out of the way. That Batman came with the Dark Knight Returns Blu-ray, and it has a comically tiny head, which luck would have it fit Gozer’s neck socket. It looked pretty funny, so I took a photo.
