Well, ScreenRant has gone full R, so to speak... all those annoying ads have been replaced with the "we've noticed you have an adblocker installed!" notices.
Too bad; I liked using that site, but I guess it's time to consider alternatives...

if these sites didn't make the ads so annoying and intrusive, and numerous, we wouldn't have to block them.

That's definitely true. ScreenRant ads are the worst.

i find with sites that have tons of ads on the screen at once, my computer overheats like crazy.
then the battery life goes right in the pooper.
