I used to play with my Mini Mutants with the Technodrome and Krang's Body for a more accurate scale.
Mini Mutants were better, IMHO.

They're way too big, and they call themselves World's Smallest Figures?

The vintage Dark Horse miniatures were smaller @20mm or 0.8 inch. Absolutely love those figures. They were the very first TMNT figures if I remember correctly.

Not to mention, their belt buckles and skin tones are all wrong for the Fred Wolf TMNT. I do not know if you can tell, but I am not a fan of the TMNT Retro Collection clothing, accessories, or toys (like these). I cannot believe that remake of TMNT Colorforms has the new Retro Collection style. I favor the original TMNT Colorforms because they were somewhat ideal for fans of the vintage Playmates toyline.

I like some TMNT products from this century. The release of 25th Anniversary TMNT figures in early 2009 were a pleasant surprise to me at the time. I wish the Retro Collection stuff would come to an end already. The new drawings of the Fred Wolf characters are off.

I prefer the Zuru 5 Surprise Mini Brands Classic Collection Raphael, 2k12 Leonardo, and 2k15 Michelangelo Deluxe Mask to these.

Those are awesome, especially the mask. Great for taking humourous photos with the NECA movie turtles.

Passed on these as I prefer my mega cosntrux as figures for my figures.

Who is collecting this “Retro Collection” stuff from this century? The belts and skin tones of the “Retro Collection” turtles do not match the ones from the Fred Wolf toons. Then again, the turtles on the 80s and 90s shirts and merchandise never resembled the Fred Wolf turtles. On the other hand, some of the 80s and 90s shirts and merchandise did a great deal for fans of the original Playmates toyline.

Definitely not the best or smallest available, but made for fun pairing with Figuarts Leo
