Anyone seen any box office projections for this yet? I'd imagine Beauty & the Beast will still win the domestic box office in its 2nd week over this. I'm not sure what type of market this will have internationally.
If the reported production budget ($105 million) is correct then this will need approximately $265 million worldwide to break even assuming their marketing budget wasn't abnormally high. |

we already knew of this, it's really not hard to get one, you just have to have a lot of money.
I mean, Godzilla has one, hell even Donald Trump has/had one.

Having a great time with the Twitch stream so far. Too bad I had to go to bed and missed out on Green With Evil through to Doomsday

Who is Jax in Power Rangers lore? A character called Jax was referred to in Boom's 13th issue.

Okay. I read that the 'sandbox' went through Turbo replacements and then this name was dropped as one of The Coinless. I thought Jax was someone beyond Turbo or someone I had forgotten.

Higgins said he is using elements beyond the original six so while keeping them as the focus there is a way of going beyond that. I was just trying to figure out if Jax was a Ranger name that was beyond my viewership or some character that I had forgotten. No character is shown only mentioned. Does that do the trick?

not following the marathon since I already marathoned all MMPR earlier this year but still pretty cool, remember the 152 days of MMPR when Saban reacquired the franchise on powerrangers.com? It was fun catching episodes here and there and watching most of the fandom get proven incorrect when they aired A Friend in Need haha.
This marathon also reminded me how they used to be careful in never repeating Ranger names but that all went out the window after Samurai. |

It was 145 days. That's how many episodes MMPR has without the MMAR episodes.

It's a cultural thing that doesn't translate well in the west. A lot of acting in toku and anime is derived from the style of kabuki, where everything is over the top.
