Good finale. Thought the voice regulator scene was funny. I don’t know if that was always planned or it was decided after show got going because its so true about how difficult it is to understand Donald in this reboot. I even mentioned it at the start how they should tone down the duck voice.
Now that the whole season is done I think Launchpad seems to too dumb sometimes. Most of his silly moments are funny but sometimes it’s poured on imo. I also don’t like Gyros horse assistant with Scrooge’s face. It is a robot? I don’t remember if he explained. I just find it stupid.

It’s great the entire original series will be available and I hate complaining because I knew it would happen eventually but I think it should get a complete Blu Ray set or a complete DVD box set with bonus content since it took so long.
Unless they’re waiting to see how well it sells or how popular the new one gets or maybe they’ll just put it on thier streaming service in HD.

Darkwing will probably be next since it has a whopping 37 episodes left and was the Ducktales spinoff and Darkwing has already appeared in the new Ducktales. Maybe all at once, or in two smaller volumes. Gummi Bears still has a lot left to released too. Rescue Rangers has 11 or so left. I guess it depends on popularity and quantity. And hopefully this is done in a smaller timespan than compared to the release time between Talespin Volume 3 and Ducktales.

"DuckTales Season 2 is here and we've got all the info you need!"

So that moon race really have no space ships? How is that possible?
It’s very rarely that I simply can not “buy” something in a cartoon, show or movie. My suspension of disbelief and plausibility allowance is very high. They’re an advanced race that live in a hidden city covered by hologram whose main source is gold and they have no way of getting off the moon? I can not buy into that all if that’s true. I hope they give a really good explanation.

All of the most recent episodes have been great.
So you could say Darkwing actually is returning since they’re treating it as real events and not just part of the show they used to watch. I think it’s awesome but it also makes you think that the DW series they watched within Ducktales must be different from our DW series because Launchpad is a fan of it. Whereas he was actually a character in our DW series to begin with. That hiatus til September is such bull. Stop breaking up shows.

I hope they are setting something good up with the return of NegaDuck, you can't just add an amazing awesome fun villain like him to the series and do nothing with him. The way they set him up was something else, I hope we get another episode where Drake and Launchpad find out what happened to their idol. They really did do a good job with the episode, I'm a major fan of the Darkwing Duck series and had a smile on my face the entire time. |

I actually have not seen the original DW in a very long time. I’m sure they’ll give him a cool role. I’d like to see him team up with Gizmoduck.
