Yeah sounds about right. Sorta reminds me wheres Waldo. And as soon as the novelty wears off no more excitement. However right now I'm easily amused and do not expect much from this film.

A majority of the references in the book are from the 1980s but the movie seems to be strongly influenced by the 1990s as well. I wonder if they are just reaching out for a broader audience or it actually adds depth to the storyline....

Knowing Spielberg, we will get a lot of 80s references and so on, If it wasnt for him, We never would've gotten the Looney Tunes and Disney characters together in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
