Hey, I've got a question for you guys! And it has to do with a product in development!

I want to try to confirm something: The original first print Mirage #1-4 and Raph Micro were all at 7 3/8” x 10 7/8” size dimensions, correct? Then the series went to a more normal comic book dimensions? I asked Kevin and he was pretty certain about which issues were at the unusual dimensions but wasn't 100% on what those dimensions actually were.

Many thanks!

It's 7 3/8" x 10 7/8" I'm pretty sure.

On the Comics and Ponies /Team Eastman exclusive cover of #84, who is the monkey looking guy near the top?

Also funatic, maybe it was Bill Wray who drew the pizza power box?

This is a late answer but I just got my books out to measure. Yes, those were the only issues in the enlarged format, unless you count Fugitoid, which is also magazine sized. However, I just did some precise measurements and they’re not all exactly 7 3/8 x 10 7/8... My #1 (third print), #2 (second print), and Raphael are pretty darn close to that, but my first printings of #3 and #4 (slightly older books) are 7 1/2 x 10 3/4, and 7 1/2 x 11, respectively. Fugitoid is even more bizarre with a standard height but 8 1/2” wide. Maybe they were using a different printer for those early books that wasn’t cutting quite to standard dimensions. I’d be curious if anyone has first prints of 1 and 2 that were slightly different sizes like my first prints of 3 and 4? Anyway, hope that all helps!

Hmm what makes you think that? His style? Do you know what turtle stuff he did art for to reference?

I believe the monkey on #84 CnP cover is “Nina Monkey Dave” which is an Easter egg for one of the CnP employees. I saw this somewhere on a FB group post.

Have IDW stopped releasing trades of Tales of the TMNT?

Aside from an omnibus collecting the same material as the first 3 or 4 standard volumes, the last one they released was like 3 years ago.

The ComicBook adaption of the original 1980’s TMNT movie.
When was the last time it was collected as a trade paperback?

Any idea from the IDW powers that be when they are gonna carry on collecting Tales of the TMNT?
I actually put off buying the Single trades after the release of first Omnibus as I assumed they would carry on collecting the previous collected material and beyond in Omnibus format instead?

Well, they did just wrap up the Adventures trades, so maybe they'll replace that with something.

I've seen a couple different books collecting TMNT and Usagi Yojimbo crossovers. Is there one that collects all the non-IDW TMNT and Usagi Yojimbo crossovers?

Is Worms of Madness in the Tales of the TMNT considered canon?

What is the extra 27 page Savanti Romero story in "Tales of the TMNT Original Vol. 1 Series Treasury Edition"?

[EDIT]
I think it was "Spinal Tapped". Not sure why that's not obvious in many descriptions

I'm reading the TMNT Classics from IDW that reprint Volume 2. They don't include the I.M.P. or Bog backup stories. What are they about? Are they Turtles-related?

Any ideas/tips for protecting early Mirage issues that are oversized instead of standard?

Bigger bags and boards, that's what I have.
