I'd say you are right about that.

The next item appears to be half of the collar/brass knuckles that came with Mutating Rahzar originally.

The bow/arrow second from the right looks like the one that came with Movie Star Splinter.

If you can get a better quality picture, it would be easier to id other parts.

Thanks all. This has been fun and frustrating. Fun because I have two bins full of accessories and I continue to find random pieces like these to add to them. Frustrating because I have accessories to so many figs that I can't seem to find, like Casey's sports bag but no Casey, and Metalheads weapons but no Metalhead.
Sidenote - having now seen movie Splinter's accessories, I MUST have orange canister somewhere!

Update: Someone via Facebook told me the grey gun is from the army tube and the red hook it part of the Oozey. I also know the grey claw is from an Xmen toy (Mojo). So that only leaves the yellow circle. Anyone?

At first I thought the color matched the yellow parts from the blue channel 6 news van but now I am thinking it could be one of the yellow side parts on the submarine. Those are my best guesses for the yellow circle. tmntman should be able to rule out my guesses if not accurate.

The closest match I can see is the part on the outside of the sewer lair for raising and lowering the elevator. But that was always molded in blue as far as I know.

I think there's a variant that has yellow. Some guy who made a YT video about fixing up one that he found had one in blue and one in yellow. But I could be wrong.

Not a bootleg, but a custom. The mask has been ripped off & he's wearing some other figure's cape.

I never got into the super mutants and couldn't remember what he would have been. It came with a box of TMNT stuff. I think I'll keep it. Maybe fix the broken mask a bit.
