Plasticplayhouse - Thanks Bro!!! Ya I love it as much as your cover #29!!!

Redrumh20 - Thanks!!! I can't wait for it to come in!!!.

Mayhem - Lol ya I guess I was in the right place at the right time. I've been
trying to get another piece from him for sometime now. Guess I
lucked out finally. His covers for the Northampton arc are my
favorite IDW covers to date. So Amazing....... I'm not sure how
much he charged for each cover and Sorry I don't generally
list how much I pay for my items... But all I can say is that
whatever he charges you is definately worth it. Unfortunately.....
I do know that all of the 4 covers have found new homes.

I always love coming to this thread. I've not looked for a while and you guys have got some fantastic new pieces! Dooney, Farley, Campbell, I sometimes take for granted how many great artists TMNT has been blessed with then this thread reminds me just how awesome they are.

I'd completely forgotten about this site! I set up an account a year ago, thanks to your reminder I just added my pieces to it today

My first commission should hopefully be arriving early in the new year. I set something up with Dooney a while back and he sent me a picture of the pencils yesterday. It looks amazing, I can't wait to see the finished piece!!

That's awesome

Did you set them up as a commission or get them at a con?

Got these when he was at Fantacon in September. It was my first
opportunity to meeting Eastman, that was a fun trip.

Got these back from CGC recently, I figured I would post some better pics:

Michael Dooney @ Baltimore Con 2013

I asked him to do a TCRI programmer April. It's kinda tough to see, but the turtle shell necklace is a nice touch. Dooney is the man!

---

Matt Slay @ Baltimore Con 2013

I asked him to do a pose similar to the original Leonardo Micro from 1986

these are both really cool pics! i love the baseball one. i noticed the first one with the oots sitting on the couch that eric never inked the shadow. if you look at the sofa and tv shadow outline, you'll see two little x's. that's how most artists mark their areas that need heavy inking/shading. he either forgot or changed his mind. i noticed some of his sketches seem incomplete. it lends its self to just being part of his style i guess.

At NYCC, Eric was selling unfinished pieces that he finished during the show. He figured it would be easier to finish what people wanted rather than finish what he thought people wanted. He said it would help him concentrate more. One of the pieces i got was done that way, inked and colored overnight. Wish i had a before pic.

Thanks, did not know that and really never noticed the x's untill you pointed them out.

The Cow pic was that way, he painted it in like 2 seconds. Should of had him put some color on the others, but didn't want to push it

Actually, it was more a case of knowing whether I should even consider asking certain people in the future about purchasing from them, as if the price is outside my price range then... no points starting down that road heh. But if it is within, then something for me to think about. Hence the ask. I perfectly understand you not being comfortable disclosing that. If you want to say over PM, then let me know, I won't disclose either way.

I suspect I will need some money instead in the new year for going after some of the art on the block for the CAPS auction for Stan Sakai... although two pieces of TMNT stuff arrived today, so I will be posting those over the weekend.

Two new items... click through for bigger images of both.

First the Alex Deligiannis sketch cover for SHotFC.

Secondly, the Kevin Eastman double spread artwork for Jetpack issues #3 and #4... it's taken a little time for it to get into my hands, but it's here eventually. Always gotta bet on the Shredder

WOW...looks awesome!!

I wonder why the 2 black bars are there....is that the reason that the books don't line up (I was very disappointed in that)

As I also wrote on my CAF entry for this (if you click through), I think yeah. The black bars are where the "Secret History of the Foot Clan" bar was meant to go, and perhaps they were going to put one at the bottom of the cover instead. But when it came to printing, they decided to put them all at the top.

Here's a new addition that's pretty much out of my wheelhouse but I just had to get it:

The cover of Furrlough #52

What the published piece looked like...

Always been a fan of Chris Allen.

Awesome! I recently saw this somewhere, but can't remember. Great anthromorpic piece. Kinda reminds me of the videos cover/movie poster for "Fire and Ice" or some older Conan type stuff.

Figure I would re-post this since it came up, they are definitely some of the nicest pieces of recent times I've seen from KE(NOTE: the pieces are supposed to be the other way around with Shredder on the left):

P.S. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYBODY!!!

Thx RR, Stan is on the roster for Boston CC.

Speaking of the Sakai's, they need our help! Please contribute what you can, cash or art will help thier medical costs...

Just got my Raph in the mail...WOW.....I took a pic of it next to the Mikey I already had...the quality/details/background/colors are so much better....I may have to get another Mikey and sell the one I already have if this quality stays the same/increases.

Thanks Nate!!!
