No... it's called being accurate - which is paramount in the world of sales and trade.

Indeed, I mean, MC, isn't what you described Mint In Sealed Box?

OK, so if the contents are mint/unused and they are in the original box that would be mint in box (MIB). The seller states that the components inside have never been opened from their packaging. As far as I'm concerned that's a MIB toy. Sorry if you guys disagree.

the world of ungraded, still in package toys is a strange one- if you want to talk "splitting hairs" there are plenty of buyers out there who would freak that is was listed MIB and say "there is nothing mint about that box!" neglecting the fact that the drome itself is mint.

Changing gears now. I will admit I know almost nothing about the comics. Is this legit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Teenage-Muta...1#ht_500wt_949 I apologize if this is belongs to anybody here. I'm just a pessimist by nature and I've heard there were very few 1st prints. |

Since it's graded, I'd assume it's real, since I'm sure the grading company wouldn't want a black eye for grading a fake....*shrugs*

I thought about that too. But when I zoom on the graded section it doesn't say 1st printing. But I don't know if it would say that anyway. I don't know anything about comic grading either.

CGC only marks the printing if it's a reprint. This is a legit 1st print. It doesn't have the "black speck" the 2nd printing has, or the 3rd printing's extra blood on the sword in the logo.

I love when people set Buy It Nows that high and still have the balls to charge for shipping.
