interesting concept of how to handle 2 sets of artists per title.

guess we'll just have to see how it plays out?

i absolutely love Tony Daniel's art!!!
i'm just not thrilled that he's being paired up with Fernando Pasarin!
it's something in the faces he draws.
they just look very off to me, especially in the eyes.

Lots of Rebirth news over on Bleeding Cool

-Superwoman is Lois Lane, and her powers are killing her
-Black Manta will try to unravel all of Aquaman's progress with the surface world
-The 'classic' JSA are back, and possibly the silver age JLA too.
-One of the following will join the suicide squad...Doomsday, General Zod, or Mr. Mxyzptlk

Don't worry. It's the "Superman is still relevant" story of Wonder Woman stories.

We'll see it over and over again, and it'll be weird, sucky, reflexive sh*t every time.

2 year story arcs? twice a month means one title would be 48 issues at (supposedly) $2.99.

$143.52 price for a story IF they don't raise the price per comic, or force any cross-overs, one-shots or tie-ins.
and that's a BIG "IF"!!!!
(cuz you know they will)

if they were smart (that's an even BIGGER "IF") they wouldn't wait so long to publish their collected editions.

yeah, i can't even imagine sinking that kind of money into any one title let alone many.

especially since comics hold zero value these days!

People should save themselves some money and pick up a copy of the WW by George Perez omnibus. Seriously, those are some of the best comics I have read about any character from either Marvel or DC.

Although, if you're interested in the weirder, kinkier aspects of the original concept, I'd recommend tracking down the treasury of 1940s newspaper comics or the new "Earth One" story by Grant Morrison. I think there is also a WW Golden Age Omnibus coming later this year.

The problem is that DC can't seem to decide if she's a run-of-the-mill superhero, a blood-and-guts Xena clone, or a radical feminist treatise on gender roles.
