Do you edit your digital camera pics?

After taking pics with a digital camera, do you edit them, or are you usually happy with how they look by default?

I generally find that they look Ok, but sometimes need minor tweaks to the brightness/contrast. Occasionally they need cropping.

I used to edit them quite a bit during early twenties, since I was kinda acne prone and wanted to get rid of that from pictures.
