So Bubbly, how are the Vamp Academy books? I didn't know there was a movie out now. I was thinking Bec might like the books. She likes those Lynsay Sands vampire novels, but that's about all I know. I know she hates Twilight as well lol.

We were watching The Walking Dead the other night and a trailer for Vamp Academy came on. I think she wants to read those books. Hope she remembers to update her wishlist on amazon. She's got so many books it's tough to remember which ones she doesn't have. haha

Yeah, I want to see the movie so badly to see if it's really close to the book.

Reading Star Wars: The New Jedi Order: Dark Journey. It's ok, but having a hard time following it for some reason and it's usually not like that with SW novels. Probably because I'm more in the mood for horror novels.

This might not need to go here..
but, it is about what I am currently reading. Anyway, I have a free subscription to a few comics at Hastings. Only thing is, lately they've been missing a few issues and sometimes, I just can't make it there to pick them up for a month or two. So, I'm looking for feedback on if I should go ahead and pay for subscriptions to DC and IDW?
Also, does IDW do actual comic subscriptions? Or is it just the digital download kind?

Currently reading Star Wars: The New Jedi Order Enemy Lines I: Rebel Dream. Also reading The Green Mile. I rarely read two books at the same time. Used to do this quite allot in Highschool so decided I'd try starting again.

Just finished Flowers for Algernon and holy sh*t was it depressing.
It's rare that a book gets me like that, usually I'm either disappointed, somewhat satisfied, upset, or have a small feeling of accomplishment after finishing a book. This just made me feel bad.

Oh yeah, that one is pretty depressing alright. I can remember watching allot of Simpsons after I had to read that for one of my advance placement classes in HS. Never picked it up and read it a second time.

^^ I don't even know what that is.
I'd like to read it again once I can get over how horribly crushing the ending was for me. Thinking of rereading Pet Semetary.

I've got a GoodReads. Even went so far as to add every book that currently lives in my library, whether I've read it or not. That...was an undertaking.
Currently, I'm working my way through my graphic novel/trade collection. I'm just about to start on: "Crogan's Vengeance" by Chris Schweizer. Just finished "Pang: The Wandering Shaolin Monk" and "Jobnik". The former was excellent, the latter was unimpressive.

Let's see, my better half and I are reading Star Wars: Labyrinth of Evil since she said she felt like the 6th season of Clone Wars left her wanting more. We started the Mirage TMNT run recently as well. I'm reading Stephen King's Danse Macabre and thinking about starting The Walking Dead: Fall of The Governer . Those novels based on the comics are real page turners. Also rereading Larry Corria's Monster Hunter series. Reminds me of Supernatural but with allot more fire power and action scenes.
