Thick-sliced bacon, Maple sausages and scrambled eggs. Washed down with some coffee and four giant horse pills that are supposed to boost my testosterone.

Might go razzle a bear and build a log cabin later, I'unno.

This is a very UNUSUAL dessert.

Chocolate Blackbean Stew (basically just sugarcoated blackbeans in a thick chocolate sauce)

6 ounces chocolate chips
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/4 cup (10 ounces) black beans Cooked and Drained
3 cups water
2 Tbsp. flour mixed with ¼ cup cold water into a creamy paste (for thickness)

Melt 3 ounces (1/2) of chips in sauce pan. Add cocoa powder and 2 cup
water. Simmer 1 minute.

Add blackbeans and toss in melted chocolate mixture. Add powdered
sugar, brown sugar and 1 cup water. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add flour/water mix slowly and simmer for 3 minutes. Chill for 4 hours. Serve!

Delicious!

Spaghetti and meatballs.

Haven't had it in a while, since I'm watching my figure. But I had a kinda crummy day and figured F*ck It.

I will do my best not to save at least half of it for tomorrow. Not for nothin' but I have, on occasion, been known to eat an entire pound of spaghetti and 20 cocktail meatballs in a single evening. I always pay for it the next day but it's sooooo gooooooood.

Pan-fried pork chops, cheddar and broccoli flavored rice, and mashed potatoes. Yeah buddy.

I'm a huge fan of big meals you can slap together in 15 minutes or less.

Been trying for the perfect "stoneless" pizza for years. Apparently par-baking is the way to go... after you have soaked the dough in oil overnight and spread bread flour on the pan.

We shall see how lunch turns out!
