I've found the third series of Rise of the TMNT basic figures in a couple of local Walmarts this week. (No Bullhop though)

I also was billed today and got a shipping notice from Gamestop that the first two sets of Batman TMNT 2 packs are shipping. Batman/Leo and Robin/Raph are listed as the ones shipping.

Found the new Turtle variants tonight at Walmart. They had one of each and I picked up Bug Bustin’ Leo and Don with Spider Shell.

I dunno if it was an error or what but I got all non-turtle characters from the Rise toyline for $2.00 at a Wal-mart in Phoenix. They were on the pegs for $8.46 but when I scanned them under the price checker, they rang up $2.00, so naturally I copped them all. This was not the case at the other store location in Phoenix, nor back home in SC, so yeah, I'm guessing it was a mistake. Anyone in that neck of the woods in AZ may wanna check it out, though.

Also, while in Tempe, I think it was, I found the turtles themselves for $5.00 in a Burlington Coat Factory. Grabbed those too!

It's not, some Walmarts here in PA have them for $2.00 at the register as well.

I go into stores occasionally to check for characters like Bullhop or Albearto, but I saw a couple of Bug Buster turtles yesterday, as well as Donatello with both Spider Shell and Jet Pack.

For the life of me, it seems they should have packaged the Jet Pack and Spider Shell together as the Jet Pack just looks lame and small by itself.
Any idea as to potential future resell value for such minor variations sealed in pack?

Here's an odd new item, Kohl's department store has another exclusive Half-Shell Heroes battle pack. This time the set includes the Party Wagon, Patrol Buggy and all four Turtles. Price is $50, so not a bad deal if you don't already own the vehicles.

I wish that line would have continued even with Rise designs. I like those sculpts much more than what Imaginext does at a similar scale.

Sort of an unusual sighting today, Walmart is evidently carrying the same Mutant XL 4 pack that was sold at Toys R Us two years ago, just with a new UPC. The good news is that you get all four Turtles for just $25.

For a property that survives on toy sales, they sure are good at making these new figures as hard to track down as possible.

Anyway, found new figures on amazon. I have no idea if/when these will actually ship, especially if the line is cancelled.

Yes these prices are grossly inflated. But considering how hard these newer figures are to find in the wild, might be worth it for some of us.

I went ahead and ordered Bullhop since I like new villains/characters. Though I do think that Leo variant is a lot better than most variants. Nice outfit. But, I can't stand wrestling so I'm passing
