I just got my wave 1 Super 7... I just opened Raphael tonight and ... its so awesome.
I am honestly very happy with what it is. Even more excited for it than for the NECA ones. I am a 7 inch scale collector (1/10 scale) and these are just absolutely fantastic. I compared this to the playmates classic collection (that was the only one that fit the bill until now). A little bit of a shameless plug if you'd like to know my thoughts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nonI3BM8UQ8 |

Has anyone here ordered any wave 1 ultimates through their comic store? I placed an order at my store through diamond a couple of weeks before they came out, but my shop still hasn’t received anything yet. They haven’t canceled the order either. Anybody get them?

Recently managed to pick up my vintage TMNT figures from my parents. The nostalgia was off the scale, but having the Super7 Raph and knowing I have the other 3 Turtles plus Shredder on order makes me appreciate and get excited for this line even more. They really hit the nail on the head with this line.
Again if the price was a bit cheaper I'd probably be in for more of the figures (like Bebop and Rock for example) but I can't really afford them. I actually wish they gave us 2 options - a 30 dollar/pound "basic" which just came with 1 pair of gripping hands, 1 head and a basic weapon (or a retro weapons rack) and then the 50/60 dollar/pound "ultimates" line. I'd definitely be down for grabbing a mix of basic and ultimate if that were the case.

Diamond is notoriously slow, and never cancel anything until its too late. I would say get them elsewhere if you can. Diamond will cancel them im sure...

They did. I’m not sure where Action Figure Insider got their information from.
I finally found a picture of all four Ultimate turtles: https://www.instagram.com/p/CHHv8cTgtrf/?chaining=true I wonder if S7 changed Casey’s mask or the paint apps on Mondo Gecko. Last edited by mikey0; 11-05-2020 at 12:10 PM. |

I preordered it before knowing there would be a second head, so I guess I'm kinda included in that.
Having said that, I'm not sad to hear they're revisiting it.

After recently purchasing Baxter as my first S7 TMNT fig, I'm really looking forward to Bebop in S2 now.
Looking at the 88-91 waves they've been pulling from, it looks like 88 is all accounted for. Of those still on the list, I think I'd like to see a Pizza Face sooner than later! |

Me too. Wonder if they will make it before the new year.
