Back when my VHS player and my VHS tapes still worked and I used to rewatch the 1987 cartoon series every summer break... Mr. Ogg's episode was one of the very few FW series episodes that I always skipped on rewatches. I think I've only seen Mr. Ogg's episode one time in my life and that was enough.

With Dimension X being prominent in most episodes (directly and indirectly), you shouldn't get away with it that easy. Just compare it to the confusion of Krang talking of his former body in season 1, and then watch Four Musketurtles. (I don't mind the Krangazoid clones, they grew bodies on their own)

Why are you trying to ask questions about this nonsense, marketing nostalgia feast of a cartoon? Sorry I couldn't resist...

I don't know what it is, but I do know what it wasn't. And that it wasn't Dimension XXX because that was a whole other movie lol

I have come across some parts of the novelization of the Nickelodeon episode Showdown with Shredder. It decribes Dimension X as a "cosmic realm in the farthest reaches of the galaxy", with comets. It also says Dimension X has no stars, and no planets capable of supporting lifeforms. The Technodrome is described as a(n extradimensional) space station.

Erm... https://turtlepedia.fandom.com/wiki/...of_the_Turtles

Maybe I'm cheating here but you could include this as well: https://turtlepedia.fandom.com/wiki/...ension_X_Story

Also, I am talking about novelization of the Nickelodeon episodes. Dated 2013, before the Fred Wolf–Nickelodeon crossovers.

Yeah my point was I wouldn't take that as a reliable source because as you point out there are discrepancies.

In "Odyssey" I also assigned various Turtle universes their own "dimension."

i.e., Mirage is "Dimension-Prime," Fred Wolf is "Dimension A," and so on.
