Is it possible for an Amazing Adventures revival to address hanging plot points from the TV series?

Could Zodiac be brought into the main comic from AA?

Approximately how many characters are on the approved character list?

My guess is that Nickelodeon probably isn't going to care much if/how IDW continues a cartoon that has concluded. As for characters created for the Nick tie-in comics, they were probably created under work for hire contracts, which means there shouldn't really be any legal red tape.

I can't imagine there being any more Amazing Adventures for the old cartoon. But yes, theoretically, it could address hanging plot points. And yes, Zodiac could carry over.

The approved character list is a couple of pages long-- probably between 100-200? Hard to say for sure.

Is Maureen Lin meant to be the same character as Mirage’s Lin Koyobashi? Or was she at least named as a reference to her?

I'll be honest with you and say that I don't recognize that name. What issue is that from?

You'd have to ask the writers, but I don't think so.

Sorry if this is too revealing, but do you guys have story mapped out for 100+ by now or are you only in the finalization stages of 90-100? I always find the advanced writing process interesting.

Are you allowed to use characters like Hypno-Potamus in the main comic?

We've got some basic ideas for post #100, but still working on #90-100 primarily at this point.

Nothing has been said preemptively, but I doubt it.

Since Soak-Orr and Angelron appeared in a mini-series, does his mean some other scrapped characters can put in cameo appearances? And did you get permission from Ryan Brown to use those two?

And what sort of mini-series ideas were vetoed?

Are there any plans for more Deviations?

Is there any chance the Panini comics will be available as reprints here, even digitally? And do you have the rights to use Xemnar? Or any other Panini characters?

I don't know who those characters are, sorry. They weren't in any script that I've come across.

I can't recall a mini-series being vetoed. Every series we've wanted to do we've been able to do.

There's something Deviations-like coming up early next year.

No clue on the last questions, sorry!
