That's what I assumed before it aired. At this point I give up on Raph as a character. The creators could have gone in any direction, but they choose the worst route possible. Someone said when Leo becomes leader Raph will return to his old persona. But that only means he would regress as a character, not develop. Doesn’t help that he’s dumb too. I haven't watched any of the newest episodes. But by the looks of it nothing has changed. Sucks because the animation is great.
