So I’ve been reading the newest Transformer comic series, and this happened.

I’m even starting to see Spike as the Hogarth to Optimus

Daniel Warren Johnson is both the writer and artist and Mike Spicer is the colorist.

I don't understand this thread title in relation to Transformers or the panel of Optimus killing a deer..

Basically it's like the scene from The Iron Giant when The Giant sees a dead Deer after a hunter shot it and is distraught keeps poking it and Hogarth had to tell him it was dead and to stop it. The comic panel mirrors its pretty well even though it's Optimus that accidentally steps on the deer.
