The Creature Commandos are coming!!! The Creature Commandos are coming!!!

Actor Marc Singer has been cast as Lt.(woops I mean General) Mathew Shrieve, the human leader of the group which in the comics and cartoons has consisted of a Werewolf, Vampire, Gorgon, Frankenstein, Mummy, and Fish Woman. They'll first appear in episode 14 sometime next year.

Can't wait to see Diggle's reaction to them!

Well I finished off the other two thirds of Arrow and it did get a lot better, fantastic show and probably one of the best interpretations of a live action superhero including film. I know the general consensus is the opposite but to me the first season is far superior in every single way. The flashbacks are not as interesting, Slade is great but not as awesome as Merlyn, the whole super strength actually made Slade into a more boring villain, the whole army of supermen was a bit out there for this show and many people complained about Laurel in the first season but she never bothered me too much, she is indeed far more annoying in the second season however I hated Sarah Lance/The Canary she was terrible. Well looks like I have to wait a while before Season 3 of the Arrow hits Netflix, hopefully The Flash is also included. I hope the show tries to be less Batman next season, I mean I love the show but it is "Batman with a bow and arrow" and I know the character can be more than that.

Hellboy actor Doug Jones will be popping up in an upcoming ep of "Arrow" playing some d-list metahuman named Deathbolt (in the comics he's got electricity powers, in the show tho he's got um...plasma energy powers)

As hyped as I was for Slade Wilson's return, there honestly wasn't much of him. He was kinda just this bogeyman in the woods... which was a cool idea, just not what I expected.

When Slade tells Oliver that he's lost Thea now, do you think he (Slade) will count this as the one last loss Oliver had to suffer before Slade would forgive him?

i also thought this. slades last intende kill was the woman he loved, who at the time was laurel, but oliver convinved him it was felicity. but now that it actually is felicity for the time being, i guess that would be who slade would want

Well here's something fun. Neal McDonough, known for his time in the MCU as DumDum Duggan, has been cast as the eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil Immortal (?) Damien Dahrk. So the next season is all about H.I.V.E yo.

Not a fan of the random sexuality change for Mister Terrific. It was bad enough when DC did a similar thing to Alan Scott in the New 52, pretty much wiping his kids out of existence.

Also, Anarchy? Seriously?? While I am a fan of the character, how many more Batman villains is this show going to borrow? If Flash can have telepathic gorillas and dudes going by names like Captain Cold running around Central City, why not bring in more actual Green Arrow villains?

It's pretty obvious they Really, Really Wish they were doing a Batman show instead. I mean it's painfully obvious from every bit I've seen of it. Especially the villains. Deathstroke and Ra's never had anything major to do with Ollie in the books. Deathstroke's even really more a Robin/Nightwing villain than anything.

Also, how many of "his own" bad guys does Green Arrow even have? You have Merlyn, and... huh.

Yeah, and by this point, I really really wish I was watching a Batman show. Having R'as al Ghul and his storyline just entirely rip off everything Batman... that kinda pissed me off.
