The vast majority of cartoons these days are 11 minute episodes. There were shows like this all the time in the past too on CN.

And cartoons were always around or a little less than 22 minutes. You can't count the runtime for the opening song, the ending credits, or commercials.

But I guess this series will have many of the writers from the Nickelodeon series, who are used to writer longer episodes just one year ago.

I'm pretty sure the entire writing staff is completely different. I don't think any of the writers from the 2012 series are on this one.

Brandon had said on social media that he was working on it in the start (not sure exactly what his role was) but then he moved on to something else (which he wasn't disclosing at the time I think)

Ah, Brandon. Isn't he the one that disregarded and disrespected a T-Dromer ?

Yeah ..., that can't be good.

But then you can't make a penis joke! About Wood and Peckers! All low hanging fruit must be plucked!

Probably not.

We didn't get a Christmas episode in Fred Wolf nor in 2k12, and since this show seems to be following their footsteps ...

I don't know, Ciro loved his horror 'as merry a chirstmas as we'll get' with Santa being mutated Mikeys Christmas nightmare...then wakes up for Christmas, all is well.
I'm just kidding, mostly

I suppose it stands a chance in the new show maybe if they want to do it later on.

I wonder if any of the Turtles will go through puberty. (That would be an ... interesting plot for an episode.)

Like, if Mikey's voice suddenly gets deeper, or if Leonardo suddenly grows taller- you know, those sort(s) of plotlines ...

It's probably an ep where two characters get stuck together with bubble gum-type substance, probably mutagen, and they walk together and try to fight together and the elastic pulls them back together. They may be stuck by their shells. I swear there were other cartoons that did this.

so id say that leo is definitely in that episode, the voice actor just wasnt at that recording session....

from the look of it though, im guessing its more of some binding energy type thing rather than any physical material.....
