I would have traded you mint boxes when my five orders came in had you wanted to use them to fill one of my eBay orders. I thought I messaged you about that.

Hi Steven,

We will be shipping out all orders this week. Also we will be shipping our vinyls with ample bubble wrap so they do not come damaged.

You should receive an email with tracking info by weeks end.

Depends on which employee ships them. Some were packed extremely well and came in flawless packaging while others were packed with just some bubble wrap in the box next to them which caused the boxes to come apart in shipment. I have five of these left of the 17 I ordered.

I ordered four of them, and all arrived damaged. They offered a $5 refund.

So, another quick update. I replied to their offer of a $5 refund by saying that I didn't think their solution was really proportional to the problem: damage to all four items, and then waiting a week to reply to my message. But I also added that I didn't want to fight them on it, and that I would accept the refund.

No response, and no refund sent. Definitely won't be buying from these guys again.

I didn’t even get the offer of a refund. It’s a giant bummer when crap companies have cool products. Good news is I recently got Raph for $29 so I’m happy with the entire set for $79. Just no super mint boxes and a little stress from a crap company known as CultureFly.

I was making the offer to TurtleWA, but why not just buy my last complete set from me for the price I paid and force a return from CultureFly for the damaged ones? Since when are TMNT fans such quitters when it comes to packaging condition? I bought and re-sold multiples of almost every 1:4 scale NECA turtle until I got ones that had minimal packaging wear.

No thanks dude. It’s not worth the cost at this point. I would have just liked/expected decent boxes from the beginning. But I am displaying these all out of packages anyway.
