If it's really 16".... is it really that big?
I mean, classic giant turtles are already 13".... and i know a lot of you have more than 4 giant turtles. |

Pre-ordered mine too! Pretty cool that Bigbadtoystore gives non US residents the option to have the package marked as a gift. That means no import fee! Jeee!

Got my preorder in. Between this and mondo first turtle b&w, these are my first toys/statue purchases in years.

I just hope we get a Shredder from the first film w/ removable helmet and mask and rocking fabric cape.

Went ahead and pre-ordered from BBTS. My first time using them.
The 1/4 Donatello figure is nice, but the one thing that bugs me about it is the elbow gap. |

Yeah, I really doubt the gap will be in the final production pieces. It's a strange oversight to leave it in the photos, though.

as collectors i can appreciate us all finding SOMETHING that is an eye sore but after waiting 26 years for something that looks like it jumped off the screen, im not bothered at all by it.

Not to mention, it would be an easy fix with basic sculpting/paint skills.
Fingers crossed Donny comes with a bag of pork rinds. ...and just a crazy thought, it would be really cool to see some custom modified NECA figs with the suit actors inside. Maybe holding the animatronic head. I personally wouldn't do it, but it would be cool to see. Last edited by d_osborn; 02-16-2016 at 02:16 PM. |

^ the guy on the right in the bottom picture is always at Comic-Con, and he brings his suit with him. Asks passers-by to do "turtle push-ups," which is a thumb and two fingered push-up.

Michelan Sisti? Yeah, I've seen a few people on social media who have taken pictures with him at Comic-Con.

The 1/4 Donatello figure is nice, but the one thing that bugs me about it is the elbow gap. Did you see the black letters at the bottom that say *NOT FINAL. It's a prototype not production piece. So don't worry Neca will make you happy. |

I'm still blown away these are only $100. I was looking at the Prime 1, but these definitely get my money.

Was saving for vintage Star Wars MOC, but that will have to wait, these are incredible! Between the four Mondo and these NECA, its $1000. Will have to sell some less wanted things from the collection to scrape up the money.
