The Foreigner alone would have made the most since. Maybe one other one as a hired associate like The Trantula. Nothing more. Scorpion at this point might be the link, but what good are they without Spider-Man? Mendel Stormm/ Robot Master/ Gaunt, Scorpion and Tarantula as hired hitmen, cameo by Chameleon, and Tombstone unrelated to Storm?
