He should never have been taken off it, anyway. And considering WWE allow people like Jimmy Snuka and Abdullah the Butcher in their HOF I don't see why Hogan being back in it should raise any eyebrows, but whatever.
Beat me to it, but it looks like Hulkamania is running wild all over the Hall of Fame.

Awful PPV so far. Asuka vs. Carmella and Jeff hardy vs. Nakamura were bad in particular and had lousy endings. Balor v.s Corbin had a lousy ending as well.

No wonder people were expecting a mediocre PPV.

I rather enjoyed it. It was full of WTF moments, the finishes were for the most part, unexpected, and the main event was stellar. Despite Rollins being awesome, I never thought I'd be so invested in Ziggler.

Actually stayed up for the card. It was paced pretty well, some matches were clunkers but were still engaging. Askua is still booked like a f*cking moron though, and who requested Ziggler main event a PPV in 2018? Should have went to Styles and Rusev.

Glad Lashley got a win over Roman, also loved the crowd reacting to the iron man clock like it were the Royal Rumble buzzer.

As someone who had not watched a WWE show since Ambrose cashed in his MITB, this is my analysis of the show:

Pretty much every match was mediocre and had a bad ending. People rave about Kevin Owens Foley-like spot but it's a spot we've seen a million times in cage matches.

Why does Corbin wrestle dressed like he just came out of his job as a barista at a country club?

Why is the PPV still called Extreme Rules? Is this what is considered extreme in WWE nowadays? Why was the most extreme match of the night between Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax?

As for Asuka losing again to Carmella... well I guess WWE just doesn't have enough faith in a foreign wrestler with a thick accent whose first language isn't English to be the top face of their division.

That crowd sucked a big one. But at least they appropriately erupted when Bobby speared and pinned Roman, so that was neat.

PROS: Lashley's win, Shinsuke's win, AJ vs Rusev (and their video packages before the match were excellent!)

So we're gonna have Lashley vs. Reigns AGAIN? Makes their match at ER kind of pointless but OK. It better be Lashley vs. Lesnar at SummerSlam.

Elias seems good on the mic.

Not officially announced on television yet, but Styles will face Joe at Summerslam, WWE are running ads for it on specific sports sites

- According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, the belief is that Ring of Honor is interested in signing CM Punk for next year’s ROH/NJPW show at Madison Square Garden. While feelers have been sent, the chances of Punk appearing are said to be a long shot.

Well that's interesting

WWE is doing an all women's PPV. As usual they are making a big deal about it yet WWE is late to the party as usual.

Impact Wrestling has done women only PPV's since 2013 and other Wrestling companies in the US and Japan have too. But its the almighty WWE so it has to be a big deal

At least there's more on this show than the usual RAW and SD division.

WOS Wrestling was pretty good. There was a belter of a Will Osprey V British Bulldog Jr match, Joe Hendry's been a heel in recent months, but played the babyface in his tag match (his partner betrayed him and he took the pin), some wrestler off ITV reality show Love Island is on the roster, and Grado lost the world title to Rampage.

Next week there's a MITB ladder match and the crowning of the WOS Women's champion

I agree. I've enjoyed Rise of the Knockouts a few weeks ago, but yeah, for many people that think WWE is the only show around, they'll see this as the first ever all-women PPV.

Sad news Nikolai Volkoff has passed away at the age of 70.

http://www.mandatory.com/wrestlezone...sses-awayBrian Christopher

Also there are rumours that Brian Christopher (Grandmaster Sexay) has died too. But there is a news article that he hanged himself in jail and was rushed to hospital last night

I noticed the crowd was much more tame and gave slight cheers and did not drown Roman and Heyman out as I come to expect. Was this the silent treatment that was mentioned before or just a respectful crowd that seemed somewhat on Roman's side? In the final segment "we want Roman" could be heard chanted. That surprised me as well.

At this point celebs of any kind shouldn't have Twitter.
