I think it's totally cool that you are trying to support your YouTube channel here, man. But it would probably be more well received if you were engaging everyone in conversation here regarding your hobby. But I mean... you have a post count of 18 and it's basically all announcement posts for your videos or whatever. Just something to consider.

For example, I do marketing on the forums I go to as well, but I mean... I'm engaged in those groups and communities for better or worse because I care about the hobby. You are just here dropping links.

Hi, Footcrusher. I've actually seen some of your videos days ago, they are good. I didn't even know about the existence of the Chef Boyardee Super Shredder variation!
You started your YouTube channel only recently so it's pretty normal you feel the urge to promote it, don't worry.
But IMJ is right, you need to take part in the discussions here on the board if you want people to really care about your stuff. Become part of the community, let us know about your passion and about you. Otherwise you will look like a random guy who is here only to grab some view for his YT channel

I did not know about the Chef Boyardee Super Shredder variation either until I went on Ninjaturtles.com in the early 2000s. What a nice way to round out the 1991 to 1993 era of the original Playmates toyline!

Chef Boyardee Super Shredder was definitely the Wonder Bread He-Man of the original Playmates toyline, but it was released so late in the line that some older collectors missed it. I’m surprised that there was not a mail-away exclusive in early 1991 when the original Playmates toyline was still white-hot. Regardless of that, the movie basic wave characters and Movie Star figures were the bestsellers of the 1991 to 1993 era and this Chef Boyardee Super Shredder was the earliest proof of that.

Yup just not as much mystery around the chef Boyardee shredder as the wonder bread. But speaking of 1993 , I just put out a video of another TMNT holy grail from 1993. I compare my two channel 6 news vans in this vid.
https://youtu.be/5iNe555HsIo . Check it out.

That’s true. There are some generation XYers who would be clueless about Chef Boyardee Super Shredder if they came across it in the wild. It’s origin would be a mystery to them. Some XYers may even mistake CB Super Shredder for a bootleg.

I remember seeing the Channel Six News Van with Toon April when it was new. It was a TRU Exclusive, if I’m not to be mistaken. Monogram recently made Toon April into Exclusive B for their TMNT 3D Keychain series. I never in a million years thought I would see Toon April again.

That’s a nice homage to the stickers included with the vehicles and playsets.
