I'm, going to assume it isn't real... Irma appears to have too many colors on her for the NES.

I was thinking that, but thought maybe instead that it was a homebrew.

I'll agree that the DOS port is a total piece of crap, though.

That first game by Ultra games/Konami was my favorite of the old TMNT games. I bet I beat that 11 or 12 times. I always saved my scrolls to use against Shredder once I made it in to the Technodrome.

Going through my old files I found other (unfinished) TMNT themed hacks I was working on around 2007-2009. I don't think I'll continue my work on these, so I'll at least share some screenshots.

BATMAN
I replaced Batman's head with Shredder's helmet, and changed the colors of his sprite. Everything else is intact.

TIME DIVER EON MAN
Replaced main character with sprites from TMNT1. Animations replaced include idle, walking, attack, crouch. Still pending are jump, jumpattack, pain. I was unable to change the colors of the main character.

MIGHTY FINAL FIGHT
Just this one sprite:

SHADOW OF THE NINJA
I didn't do much here. Changed character selection screen to show Leonardo's Picture instead of the main male ninja of the game. I also changed his head sprite to look more like a ninja turtle (only for his idle stance), and changed his colors as well.

I agree that the Shredder Batman one looks sweet. Plus I suddenly really like the idea of playing through an entire game as Shredder... a lot of possibilities there!
