I just got my set and everything is great but one of my foot solders came with two open right hands (the hands you use to let the figures hold the guns). I contacted Neca for a replacement hand... so now I play the waiting game to see what they say.

Reached out to NECA about my initial tracking number never being updated and missing the initial delivery window of Monday.

They followed up with the new tracking number through FEDEX and should deliver my set by end of day tomorrow.

So we'll see.

Definitely will check to make sure each figure doesn't have any quality issues.

For those who've received new tracking numbers through FEDEX, has there been any activity of your package actually being shipped? I got mine yesterday and it still says that only the label has been created and its suppose to be delivered by tomorrow.

My set got switched from a delivery date of tomorrow the 20th to a "Your shipment is on the delivery truck – expect it to arrive today." I'll be checking mine over as well. Don't always have an eye for detail so wish some sort of checklist existed.

I know to look at all the accessories and see if everything's included. As well as checking for one left and right feet. Anything else to specifically check for?


edit: UPS just delivered as I am in the middle of posting.

That happened to me with my arcade Shredder. they sent me the hand I was missing no problem. Might take a little while. They might not get it out until after SDCC is done.

I'm sure it will be after SDCC is over before they start sending replacement parts out, considering most of us still haven't gotten our orders.

I got the same thing yesterday, but as of now my 2 orders STILL have not been picked up. This is ridiculous. It's been over a week since I got my initial shipment notification, I should be holding them right now. Ugh.
