This month we're stoked to invite TMNT fans to celebrate everyone’s favorite wise-cracking, pizza-obsessed crime fighters and their cast of heroic allies and evil arch enemies in our next gallery show, Heroes in a Half Shell: A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Celebration! The gallery show kicks off with two events - both are free and open to the public. The opening night reception will be held Friday, August 17 from 7:00 – 10:00 PM, followed by a special TMNT Family Day party on Saturday, August 18, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM featuring pizza (of course!) and other TMNT-inspired treats, face painting, a photo booth, and other fun activities!

Following these events, the show will run during regular gallery hours, Tuesdays – Saturdays from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, through August 25. Mondo Gallery is located at 4115 Guadalupe Street in Austin, TX.

Some really nice looking pieces here. I seriously need a print of this one...

That technodrome piece is pretty sweet, weird that they made Mondo Gecko and Fugitoid villains though...

Btw, how has Mondo (the company) not released a Mondo Gecko action figure yet? It would be great self-promotion!

The Wasteland Warrior is FANTASTIC. I'm holding off until the movie posters, but I love these shows.

I got City at War and the Monster Turtles. All of the choices in the first lot are really excellent, though.
