My main resolution is to go back to my old eating habits. I haven't gained any weight since Thanksgiving, but I haven't lost much either....so, yeah. lol All of the holiday treats between Thanksgiving and Christmas are gone and out of the house! No temptations there. I'd go back to my old workout routine, but work keeps messing that up since I do water aerobic classes (due to my bad ankle and my knee and how I did screw it up when going back to normal aerobics which had me going back to see an osteoporosis doctor) and work overlaps with it.
