Live Action Winx Club series coming

Netflix is now planning a Young Adult Live Action Winx Club series..

Gonna be interesting to see who all they cast for this thing...it'll probably be out sometime next year.

Though if I had to pick a non Japanese magical to adapt it would be a closer to comics of Witch.

Winx Club fairies are skinny, why is there a fat one? Why can't I see their midriffs? Why isn't the hair of one of them pink?

The series has been cancelled, but the franchise will be moving forward with an animated reboot and a movie

So question, does Nickelodeon have any ownership on this IP? If so, since when? Because I remember this first airing on 4Kids TV.

From what I remember they only took over with the dubbing of season 4. It had to be around 2010 I think.
