Can't you just use him anyways? And how do you play? What's the point of the game?

yea I knew nothing about it my self, I just saw it and had to have it. Shredder is the final chalange in the game, so if you wanna play him I guess you could, just a turtle would have to take his place in his penthouse.

Ok in this picture are all the dice and only SOME of the tiles you will run into. Each numbered tile is obviously an enemy (foot, hun, p dragon, mouser) Each enemy type has coinsiding dice, and the the represents how many dice are rolled for them. In battle the turtles use the green ninja star die, hun and shredder use the white die. All dice are shown picture side up, but they also have blank sides. The combatant with a greater number of pics wins. If a turtle wins the enemy is removed. It the enemy wins the difference between the two numbers is taken in damage by the turtle, and battle continues untill the enemy or turtle is knocked out. Each turtle has 3 health points. When A turtle is knocked out they are sent back to the lair and regain all their health. In the above photo of the game board you will note red and yellow Xs, that is where the tiles are placed, red for the streets and yellow for the sewers. The pizza it a tile that will restore one health level. Thats not all though, other tiles are in the mix, and other rules, but thats the basics. note: the dice with 7 on it is the movement die.

They could have put a little more work into the playing pieces, but beggars can't be choosers, I guess. Anyway, it seems reminiscent of the old Street Fighter II board game. Anyone remember that?

Oh, that looks cool. And I was just at Toys R Us... Guess I'll be going back.
And, did you know, there's also a new Yahtzee Jr. TMNT game? It's aimed at younger kids, but I still got it. The ages say 4 and up. Well, I'm included on the up! And here I was, all proud of myself for being at Toys R Us and not spending tons of money... oh well. See you all around, Jo

Oh yeah, a note about that Yahtzee game, I got mine at Suncoast, but I don't know if it's sold at Toys R Us or not. Hope you find one!

Okay, so I just picked up the TMNT (non-Yahtzee) game today, and I must say, it's loads of fun. But I have to know... Is there a LAW somewhere that says that the instructions to TMNT board games MUST be confusing as heck? I mean, seriously...

Yeah, no kidding! They could have been a little clearer on which die you roll to move the turtle in the advanced rules version.
