Townsend Coleman did a lot of voices including Shredder in the original series, so he could be voicing anyone from it, who knows.

It was Cam Clark and Barry Gordon who voiced Rocksteady and Bebop.

Townsend Coleman played Krang in one episode and the Shredder in a few eps among other voices. And Rob Paulsen also played other voices aside from Raphael as well.

Gotta admit, I was a little disappointed they didn't bring up Barry Gordon and Cam Clarke were also Bebop and Rocksteady. I was hoping we'd get to hear them as those roles.
