I think Casey should have died in City Fall arc. It's much better than this series butchered his character up over and over again. Make him become a lackey to a criminal murder gang that he was only signed on to be a "consultant"?

Natsu either needs to be mutated or done away with, her character is just another one of those one-dimensional characters that stuck around for no reason at all. I forgot one of the Punk Frogs went along with Karai.

Natsu is just a hypocrite and Her view of honor is very hokey. She betrayed her own grandfather only because his planned to ambush his enemy, even though that's what most crime group would do. I don't like how they try to pretend the Foot Clan are noble.

It's Clyde, Bonnie's boyfriend, who is trying to find his place after his girlfriend got further transformed into Venus.

It do3s seem odd for him and Casey Jones to go along on a mission with Karai. I understand Madame Null's two mutant henchmen as they are trying to find a new role and it makes some sense.

Just finished reading part 1 and wow, that kicked things off with a bang.

Well this was much better than Sophie's dreck. As a white cis male, naturally I crave action and violence, and this issue delivered in that regard. It actually felt like a TMNT comic (despite the Turtles themselves not being in it), and we have some really bloody scenes in this. The whale guy got hammered hard, and I was surprised how brutally beaten Karai was.

My only question is who the two new characters were at the end, their names didn't seem familiar to any characters in TMNT lore than I can remember.

I never like IDW Karai. So it's nice to see her finally catch a Tartar. Haha. It's a pity that there should be some close-ups.

Wow. I’m no High Speed Low Drag operator, I’m just a nasty civilian. But I’ve been trained by people from both military and law enforcement (Army Special Forces & Omaha PD SWAT) backgrounds. It’s a common part of CCW permit training. That sh!t thinking will get you killed. Belly band holsters exist because someone could be right on top of you at point blank range.
